Weighing in at a full pound, our Vache Sant� triple
cream cheese is named for the reaction it elicits
from those who experience it for the first time,
�Holy Cow!� The exclamation in turn inspired the
imagery for our art print, which was created in June,
2006 and released in July, 2006. Our holy cow is a
bovine angel of sorts hovering on cherubic wings and
haloed by a stained glass rose window. Guaranteed to
raise a smile, the vibrant colors pay tribute to this
creamy miracle of a cheese.
Traditionally triple cream cheeses come in four ounce
or eight ounce sizes, a great size for a cheese board
or just to have on hand at home. True triple cream
enthusiasts however, have sought in vain for a one-pound
triple cream that ages at a more leisurely pace, thereby
prolonging the pleasure. This bloomy rind, aged triple
cream, cow�s milk cheese is the answer to their prayers.
As it was born in South Louisiana, our Holy Cow is also
known as Vache Sant�.
